The Division of Commercial Law, Industrial Law and Analysis of Economic Policy is composed by faculties and scholars in the area of commercial law, competition law, intellectual property, industrial law and analysis of economic policy. Therefore, the Division is distinguished by the multidisciplinary and, at the same time, complementary knowledge and research interests of its faculties and researchers.
The Division is composed by 6 full professors, 1 extraordinary professor, 1 associate professor and 4 researchers, in addition to other assistants researching in the different areas of law that are relevant to the Division.
The areas of research addressed by the Division include corporate law, banking and financial law, competition law, industrial law, intellectual property, economic policy and economics of competition.
