The European Conference on Whistleblowing Legislation will be held on 5-6 December 2020 at the University of Göttingen (Germany), which aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the most important aspects, policy implications and consequences in real life of the European whistleblower directive. Prof. Mariateresa Carinci, full professor of Labor Law and Director of the Department of Private Law and History of Law, will participate in the event.

On Tuesday 25 February 2020, from 14.30 to 18.30 in the Napoleonic Hall, there will be a conference entitled: "Labor relations and new code of the business crisis and insolvency". The event was accredited by the Milan Employment Consultants and the Milan Bar Association.

On 7 February 2020, at 10:30 in the Napoleonic Hall, there will be the conference organized by the Labor Law section entitled: "The joint obligation of the client in the contract". The joint obligation of the client in the contracts and the protection of workers in the phenomena of decentralization of the production process will be the topics of the debate between magistrates, managers of institutions and professors.

Wednesday 19 February 2020 (14.00-18.30), at the High Cruise Lecture Hall, there will be the conference entitled: "IORP II: costs and benefits of the new regulation on pension funds". On this occasion, will be presented Sara Landini's volume "Legal constraints on long-term financial investments in the short-term age". The event was accredited by the Milan Bar Association for 3 credits.
